Gaskets & Seals
We are able to offer a range of EMI Conductive Waveguide Flange Gaskets for waveguide WG10 through to WG22. These have been specifically designed to offer high tear strength and flow resistance under high compression forces in the absence of mechanical compression limits.
Standard gasket material thickness is 0.5mm but can be supplied to meet customer specific requirements. We hold stock of these gaskets & offer a bespoke service to customer supplied drawings where required. Gaskets are supplied without backing adhesive as standard, however they can be supplied with a conductive adhesive upon request.
The material provides excellent resistance to extremes of temperature and long term aging. JNG-W002 also exhibits good galvanic (electro-chemical) stability when used with aluminium alloys, particularly in humid or damp environments.
Quasar Microwave Technology hold stock of most common waveguide sizes & also hold stock of material for fast turnaround on special requirements.
Tooling for specials takes about 2 days & we therefore offer delivery within a few days for most customer specific designs.
